Module 4: Upper Extremity Pain, Chronic Pain Syndromes

Shoulder Pain, Biceps tendinopathy, SASD bursitis, 1st MCP joint injection, MCL/LCL, Suprascapular nerve, Ulnar nerve at the cubital canal, Cancer pain, and palliative care, Intrathecal pump, Celiac ganglion block, Cordotomy, Hypogastric plexus block and neurolysis

Module 5: Lower Extremity pain

Knee pain, Foot pain, Saphenous nerve above knee, Tibial nerve at tarsal canal, Hip joint injection, Trochanteric bursa injection, Sub. G-Max, Medius,Minimus, ITB syndrome inj

Module 6: Headache

Trigeminal neuralgia, Cluster headache, Persistent idiopathic facial pain, cervicogenic headache, Sphenopalatine ganglion block and neurolysis, Occipital Neuralgia

Module 7: Neck Pain

WAD, Cervical medial branch block, Cervical selective nerve root block, Cervical PRF-DRG (dorsal root ganglion), Stellate ganglion block, Cervical epidural

Module 8: Peripheral nerve injuries

CRPS, Herpes Zoster and PHN, Diabetic Neuropathy, Carpal tunnel syndrome, Meralgia parasthetica, Phantom limb pain, Traumatic Plexus Lesion
