Module 4: Upper Extremity Pain, Chronic Pain Syndromes

Shoulder Pain, Biceps tendinopathy, SASD bursitis, 1^st MCP joint injection, MCL/LCL, Suprascapular nerve, Ulnar nerve at the cubital canal, Cancer pain, and palliative care, Intrathecal pump, Celiac ganglion block, Cordotomy, Hypogastric plexus block and neurolysis

Module 5: Lower Extremity pain
